Introduction Post!

I totally forgot about an introduction post! Cause I didn't think that some people might not know what I'm talking about. Anyways what we're doing is called Polyphasic Sleep more specifically, Uberman's sleep. It's where you sleep for half an hour every 4 hours. By taking naps, you trick your body into going into REM faster which will make you feel as if you'd gotten a good night's rest :) Even though you only got 3 hours. Yup so for more info search google.
